10s- Today we investigated the suspense/horror techniques that Poe used in "Tell Tale Heart". We watched two versions of the animated versions and listened for: pacing, language, figurative language, symbols, foreshadowing, irony. Students need to hand in completed horror elements next day.
These are the two versions that we watched. Which do you think Edgar Allan Poe would like better? Which does a better job of bringing his story to life? Why?
